RIYADH | SAUDI ARABIA – The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abudlaziz Al Saud, has stressed that addressing the challenges that the youth are facing, and protecting their jobs, especially in the light of the coronavirus pandemic, remains at the forefront of the G20’s priorities.
On behalf of King Salman, Minister of Education Dr. Hamad Bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh received on Saturday a copy of the final communiqué of the Youth (Y20) Summit, which was held virtually on October 15-17.
The minister delivered the King’s speech, in which he affirmed the G20 Saudi Presidency’s keenness to hear the recommendations of Y20.
He pointed out to the exceptional attention being paid by the G20 leaders to discuss policies on youth, their education and their work as they are true energy of future.
He also revealed that addressing the challenges facing them and protecting their jobs, especially in the light of the current circumstances, remain at the forefront of the G20’s priorities and at the top of its concerns.
