‘The cameras follow some key moments and stories in our beloved Grande Dame’s history, including the launch of the hotel’s first cookbook by our executive chef John Williams, and the journey of our Ritz hone from the roof of the hotel to the plate in the Michelin-starred Ritz Kitchen’.
‘We also meet some of our legendary colleagues – our pianist Ian Gomes; Michael de Cozar, our head hall porter who has been a smiling face behind the concierge desk for an incredible 46 years; our tea master’ head sommelier; pastry chef; and head housekeeper’, she told us.
‘The series is, we hope, a celebration of the people and passion which make The Ritz such a special hotel to so many and it’s particularly poignant to be broadcast by ITV after the hotel’s first ever period of closure. I hope Inside The Ritz Hotel brings a smile to people’s faces watching’.
